Porto Palermo Festival 2023 comes as an added value for the public, where well-known artists from Albania, Kosovo, Italy, Spain, Greece, Argentina, and other countries have performed.
What’s new for the Porto Palermo Festival 2023?
In this third edition, we are adding five additional shows, fifteen in total, spread through five long weekends during July and August. The additional evenings will bring a mix of music and performers of other artistic genres such as poetry, ballet, a combination of Olen Cesari's violin and electronic music, and a special visual spectacle. Other activities will be spread over several days before the concert, in the port with days dedicated to boats and yachts. Moreover, we intend to develop guided tourist visits to the castle as well as local culinary experiences. During this third edition, the festival aims to expand to areas outside the Castle, to reach a wider audience. The respective areas would be Himara, Palase, Dhermi.
Guided visit through the castle
Experience an enchanting evening at the Castle with a guided tour accompanied by Cicero's expert explanations and captivating simulations of historical stories. As the sun sets, take in the breathtaking scenery from the fortress during the 45-minute tourist visit. The tour will be followed by a delightful musical performance, a tradition cherished every year. Additionally, visitors can indulge in local culinary delights and explore exquisite handicraft products in the castle's inner courtyard.

Embark on a unique three-day sailing course in the picturesque Porto Palermo. It's never too late to learn, and this activity welcomes participants of all ages who are eager to take their first steps toward mastering the art of sailing. Led by experienced Port captains with years of sailing expertise, the course promises a comprehensive learning experience, culminating in an exciting boat ride and celebratory festivities.
